Client Advisor
Description
Job Purpose
To provide:-
Develop client relationships with new & existing clients
Excellent client relationships with a broad base of existing clients via the introduction of relevant services from internal or external providers (no cold calling)
Administrative support to a team of consultants and the Management team
Key Accountabilities
? Matching, contacting & introducing new services & products to existing clients
? Arrange viewings, gather feedback, negotiate where appropriate
? Prepare and despatch details to clients
? Produce computer documents – e.g. letters, information packs, valuation reports
? Work with a team of very busy practice consultants and Management Team
? Taking client instructions for services
? Dealing with client enquiries

? PC skills – including Microsoft Word (word processing), Excel (spreadsheets) and Microsoft Outlook, You will need to learn our CRM system, full training will be given.
Working Hours
? Monday – Friday, office based in Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire
? Full-time – flexible between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm (8 working hours)
Holidays
? 24 days (based on your normal working day), plus Bank Holidays, Christmas and your Birthday
Remuneration
? £19 - 23K pa + company + personal and company bonus
