We are a local agricultural seed merchant based in Alford. We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Office and GPS Assistant to join our friendly team. The position is full time and will be based in our office at Kingsford in Alford. However, we would be willing to consider a job share scenario.



The ideal candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic, organised and flexible. They will also need the ability to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team.



The key aspects of the role are as follows:



- Assisting with all administration duties including Sage;

- General reception work (including answering the phone, dealing with customers etc);

- Stock control; and

- Using GPS data to produce maps.



The applicant must be competent at using Microsoft Office, with good IT skills. Previous experience of using Sage would be preferable but not essential. Full training on the role will be provided to the successful candidate. Pay will be dependent on experience.
